       Audio/ Visual Implentation

         Engineering Phase

•  Specification of equipment related to the AV system and provide related cut-sheets and descriptions
•   Definition of base-building infastructure requirements including conduit requirements, structual and blocking requirements
•   Calculation of system mechanical requirements including heat loads, power requirements, LAN requirements, etc
•   Drafting of all AV drawings in AutoCad
•   AV floor plan
•   AV ceiling plan
•   AV conduit riser
•   AV flow diagrams
•   Provide required coordination documentation to necessary parties

         Project management

•   Mantain project status reports
•   Develop project timeline including cross trade coordination
•   On site coordination of construction related issues with on-site trades
•   Attend scheduled project meetings
•   Track products and schedule delivery of product to site
•   Facilitate the creation of user's manuals and equipment documentation
•   Perform system testing
•  Facilitate end-user training

        Hardware installation (off site)

•   Fabricate equipment racks
•   Burn in equipment
•  Test signal paths
•   Preliminary test of control program

        Hardware installation (on-site)

•   AV cable terminations
•   Mounting of AV devices including projectors, plasma displays etc
•   Functional systems testing
•   Site clean up and disposal etc.
